What to do in case of claims?

NB! During submitting a claim it is necessary additional to dental invoice and proof of payment also to fill in the claim form.

NB! Certain treatments are indemnified only if there is a claims handler’s confirmation before starting a treatment.

Receive dental treatment

Recieve dental treatment at your preferred dental clinic.
Pay for the treatment performed. In case of card payment, keep a copy of the payment order.
Fill in the claim submitting form with the help of dental invoice or with the help of your dentist.

Enter to claims handling portal

Enter claims portal via this website menu option "Claims" (https://kindlustusjuhtumid.cavitas.ee)
When you first log in, do register yourself as a portal user. To enter every next time please use only your personal code and password you created during the registration process.

Upload documents to portal

Upload the dental invoice, claim form, proof of payment to claims portal by following the on-screen instructions.

Wait for the decision

Wait for the claims administrator's decision. Processing of your claim may take up to 2-3 weeks.
Keep track of your claim status in the claims portal yourself via selection "My claims".
An indemnity notice will be sent to your email address to inform you of the decision of the claims handling process.

Payment of indemnity

The insurance indemnity will be credited to your bank account within 5 working days of receipt of the indemnity notice.
